Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Manager to join a growing multi-business group based in Abu Dhabi. This role demands a professional capable of overseeing comprehensive accounting functions, strategic financial planning, and compliance, while collaborating closely with company leadership to safeguard and advance the group’s financial health.

Key Responsibilities

The Financial Manager will be responsible for a diverse range of critical financial duties, including:

• Budgeting and managing group-wide financial planning and reporting.
• Overseeing cash flow operations such as accounts payable and receivable.
• Ensuring compliance with UAE and Saudi VAT, corporate tax laws, and other regulatory requirements.
• Managing payroll processes and employee-related financial obligations.
• Reviewing commercial and financial contract agreements to reduce risk and ensure accuracy.
• Maintaining strong relationships with clients, auditors, banks, and other external partners.
• Monitoring and managing group assets, encompassing both physical and digital holdings.
• Preparing detailed monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive review.
• Coordinating audit preparations and upholding internal financial controls.
• Leading and nurturing the finance team to promote efficiency and professional growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Fluent in both Arabic and English, with strong communication skills across speaking, reading, and writing.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance standards applicable in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
• At least 7 years of proven experience in finance management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative, work autonomously, and deliver results.
• Comfortable engaging with senior leadership and managing diverse stakeholder relationships confidently.
