Job Overview

We are seeking a dependable female Logistics Coordinator and Administrative Assistant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will support supply chain operations by managing the flow and storage of goods efficiently. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth logistics processes that contribute to business growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves a variety of responsibilities that ensure effective logistics management throughout the order cycle. You will:

• Plan and oversee logistics activities, including warehouse management, transportation, and customer service coordination.
• Direct and optimize the entire order processing cycle from inventory control to delivery.
• Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and customers to streamline operations.
• Monitor stock levels, delivery schedules, transport costs, and overall process efficiency to meet company standards.
• Manage warehouse organization, catalog goods, develop delivery routes, and handle shipment processing.
• Ensure targets related to cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness are consistently achieved.
• Maintain performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for operational improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

The successful applicant will demonstrate strong logistics expertise and administrative capabilities, including:

• Proven experience in logistics coordination or assistance within a relevant environment.
• A track record of effectively managing distribution and supply chain activities.
• Ability to lead and manage staff in logistics functions.
• Proficiency with standard logistics management software.

• Capacity to work independently while managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation and Work Details

This is a full-time position based on-site in the UAE. The monthly salary ranges from 3,000 AED to 4,500 AED depending on experience and qualifications.
