Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with proven experience in the UAE real estate sector, preferably background in brokerage. The ideal candidate will be capable of independently managing comprehensive accounting functions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities.

Key Responsibilities

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Key duties include handling financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing budgets, and supporting financial reporting without the need for direct supervision.

Required Skills and Experience

• Extensive hands-on experience in full accounting processes: AP, AR, and GL management.
• Solid understanding of real estate accounting practices within the UAE, ideally brokerage-related.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be currently residing in the UAE.
• Male candidates preferred.
• Pakistani nationality is required.

Compensation

The salary range for this role is AED 12,000 to AED 15,000 per month, based on qualifications and experience.
