We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. This full-time role is ideal for a female candidate with 1-2 years of accounting experience, who is proficient in QuickBooks and familiar with fundamental bookkeeping tasks. The position offers an excellent opportunity to support senior accounting staff while developing valuable financial skills in a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will handle daily accounting activities including maintaining accurate records and preparing invoices and receipts. Responsibilities also include processing payments and expenses, managing accounts payable and receivable, assisting with bank reconciliations, and ensuring proper financial documentation. This role requires close collaboration with the senior accountant to ensure smooth and efficient accounting operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates preferred
• 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience
• Proficient in QuickBooks software
• Basic knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts payable/receivable procedures
• Skilled in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Prior experience working in the UAE is an advantage
