We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join one of our respected clients in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for candidates with a strong foundation in accounting principles, particularly those with exposure to trading companies. If you have experience with Tally software, Microsoft Excel, and possess solid bookkeeping skills, this position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to financial operations and grow your accounting career.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Accountant will be responsible for handling various accounting duties that include maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily accounting activities. Core tasks include:

• Managing bookkeeping entries ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Processing invoices and documenting transactions efficiently
• Performing bank reconciliations to verify financial records
• Handling supplier and customer reconciliations to resolve discrepancies
• Assisting in preparing basic financial reports for management review

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or an equivalent qualification
• Practical experience working with Tally accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Prior work experience of 1 to 2 years preferably within a trading company environment
• Good understanding of bookkeeping practices, invoice management, and reconciliation processes
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Compensation

The position offers a monthly salary of AED 3000, reflective of the candidate’s experience and skills.
