Junior Accountant Role

This position is ideal for candidates with at least one year of experience in accounting, particularly those familiar with the UAE’s VAT system and invoicing processes. The Junior Accountant will handle receipts, vendor bills, and petty cash management, playing a key role in financial documentation and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities for Junior Accountant

• Manage day-to-day accounting tasks including vouchers, receipts, and payments
• Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and prepare related invoices
• Maintain accurate records of vendor bills and petty cash transactions
• Assist with financial reporting and documentation as required

Document Controller and Logistics Documentation Positions

We have two vacancies for Document Controller & Logistics Documentation roles, offering salaries ranging from AED 3,000 to AED 7,000 depending on position level. Ideal candidates will possess strong computer skills, familiarity with document control procedures, and proficiency in MS Office applications.

Responsibilities for Document Controller & Logistics Documentation

• Organize and manage company documents to ensure accuracy and security
• Coordinate logistics documentation to support operational activities
• Maintain electronic and physical filing systems according to company protocols
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely document submission

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience for Junior Accountant; relevant experience for Document Controller roles
• Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and accounting procedures for accounting position
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management software
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and meet immediate joining requirements
