Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on payroll experience within the UAE, preferably within the construction sector. This role requires a thorough understanding of UAE Labour Law, as well as the ability to manage payroll processing from start to finish accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for handling all aspects of payroll including processing wages through WPS, managing leave records, calculating overtime, and ensuring proper handling of end-of-service benefits. Maintaining accuracy and compliance with legal requirements will be vital for this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
• 3 to 5 years of direct payroll experience in the UAE market.
• Strong familiarity with UAE Labour Law, WPS, leave policies, overtime regulations, and end-of-service calculations.
• Experience in the construction industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Excellent analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and various payroll software systems.
• Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period preferred.
