Job Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Filipino female Accountant to join our team in Hamriyah Free Zone Phase 2. This is a full-time opportunity for a qualified professional with a solid background in accounting and bookkeeping, complemented by strong communication and organizational skills. Alongside the accountant role, we are also looking to fill administrative positions, including a Secretary, as well as skilled tradespeople like Painters, Welders, and Fabricators.

Key Responsibilities

For the Accountant role, your primary duties will include managing accounting records, maintaining accurate bookkeeping, and utilizing accounting software efficiently. You will also handle various accounting tasks using MS Office tools and assist in financial reporting and documentation.

For the Secretary position, responsibilities involve overseeing administrative tasks, organizing documents, coordinating schedules, and supporting communication needs with proficiency in MS Office. The role demands excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.

Applicants for trade positions such as Painters, Welders, and Fabricators should demonstrate hands-on expertise and commitment to maintaining quality standards and safety protocols within their work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven accounting experience, especially in bookkeeping and using accounting software
• Strong command of MS Office applications
• Effective communication skills and organizational capabilities
• For secretarial candidates: excellent multitasking and administrative talents
• Trade workers must have relevant practical experience and the ability to work independently or collaboratively as part of a team
