The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounts team and managing daily finance activities. This involves preparing accurate financial reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards, including VAT compliance. You will play a critical role in streamlining financial processes and supporting strategic business decisions.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Between 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, ideally with a real estate developer
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and ERP financial systems
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations
• Strong leadership capabilities paired with effective communication skills
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
