Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Executive to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in accounting or finance and experience within facility management, ELV, MEP, technical services, or construction industries. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing both accounts payable and receivable, supporting financial reporting, and assisting with budgeting processes.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounting Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations including managing vendor invoices and tenant billing. This role involves tracking payments and following up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collections. Additionally, the position supports month-end closing activities and assists in financial reporting to help maintain accurate accounting records. Participating in budgeting, expense tracking, and implementing cost control measures will also be essential duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3 to 7 years of relevant accounting experience preferred, especially within facility management, ELV, MEP, technical services, or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable cycles.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical abilities with close attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and effectively follow up on payments.
