Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and dependable Accountant and Operations Assistant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates. This role is ideal for someone who combines accounting expertise with strong organizational skills to support both financial and operational functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate accounting records and supporting daily operations. Key duties include:

• Recording daily accounting entries and maintaining comprehensive financial records.
• Preparing invoices and managing relevant documentation efficiently.
• Handling petty cash and preparing daily cash reports.
• Recording customer payments and assisting in bank reconciliations.
• Supporting inventory accounting and conducting stock reconciliations in coordination with warehouse teams.
• Collaborating closely with the warehouse and operations departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Assisting with daily operational and administrative tasks as needed.
• Preparing basic management reports to aid in decision-making.

Required Skills

Applicants must demonstrate a solid foundation in accounting and possess strong technical and communication abilities. Essential skills include:

• Practical knowledge of accounting principles and relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with accounting software systems.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills to liaise effectively across departments.
• Ability to multitask and manage various responsibilities efficiently.
