Key Responsibilities

• Support payroll processing ensuring accuracy and timely payments to staff.
• Collaborate with management to optimize operational workflows and maintain a positive work environment.

Required Skills and Experience

• A solid background with 2 to 3 years of experience in accounting and HR within the restaurant or food and beverage sector.
• Understanding of restaurant operational workflows and related financial processes.
• Knowledge of payroll systems, HR policies, and labor law compliance.
• Proactive approach with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
• Immediate availability to join the team is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

The offered salary ranges from AED 3,500 to AED 5,000, depending on the candidate’s qualifications and experience. Additionally, food is provided during working hours to ensure a supportive work environment.
