Safe Choice Consultancy is seeking a skilled Accountant and Finance & Business Advisory Consultant to join our team in the UAE. Our company specializes in delivering expert advisory services across Business, Financial, Management, HR, Marketing, and Corporate Consultancy, aimed at enhancing business performance and operational efficiency. This role involves managing internal financial functions as well as providing advisory support to clients.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing accounting activities including bookkeeping and financial reporting. This includes preparing detailed financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses. The role also involves conducting financial reviews and business performance assessments, preparing feasibility studies, business plans, and investment proposals.

Additional duties include supporting business setup and restructuring projects, conducting market research, and developing comprehensive business reports and presentations. Advising clients on financial planning, cost management, and profitability enhancements will be a core part of this role. The consultant will also ensure compliance with VAT, tax regulations, audits, and other statutory requirements, while assisting with strategic planning and operational improvements within management consultancy projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline. Professional certifications such as CA, ACCA, or CMA are considered advantageous. A minimum of three years’ experience in accounting, finance, or consultancy roles is essential.

Familiarity with UAE accounting standards and VAT regulations is required. Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems, alongside strong reporting capabilities, is important. Excellent communication and analytical skills are necessary to effectively support both internal and client-related projects.
