Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Accountant to join our finance team. This role demands solid experience in handling full-spectrum accounting responsibilities, with a specific focus on VAT and corporate tax compliance. Proficiency in Tally software is critical to efficiently manage daily financial activities and produce accurate, timely reports. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records on a daily basis to ensure comprehensive financial documentation.
• Prepare detailed financial statements and conduct routine reconciliations to confirm transaction accuracy.
• Timely submission of VAT returns, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory deadlines and legal standards.
• Oversee preparation and filing of corporate tax returns in full compliance with local tax regulations.
• Effectively utilize Tally software for recording transactions, organizing accounts, and generating insightful reports to support management decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Tally accounting software with hands-on experience in practical application.
• In-depth knowledge of VAT laws and corporate tax procedures relevant to the UAE.
• Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organization and time management skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
• Firm understanding of core accounting principles, financial reconciliations, and reporting techniques.
• Prior experience in an accounting role, preferably with exposure to UAE financial compliance requirements.
• Discretion and professionalism when handling confidential financial information.
• Effective written and oral communication skills for seamless collaboration within the team and with external stakeholders.
