Silver Star Printing Materials Trading LLC, a growing company based in Sharjah, UAE, is looking to expand its sales team by hiring an experienced Assistant Sales Manager. This role is ideal for professionals with a solid background in the trading industry who are ready to take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the company’s sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

As the Assistant Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the sales management team, coordinating sales activities, helping to develop new business opportunities, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. You will also assist in training and guiding sales executives while maintaining strong client relationships.

Required Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the trading industry, preferably in sales or sales management roles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers and team members
• Strong organizational and negotiation abilities to drive sales and handle client inquiries
• A valid UAE driving licence is required to facilitate market visits and client meetings

Qualifications

A master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is essential to qualify for this role, ensuring a strategic understanding of sales and business operations.

Additional Opportunities

Silver Star is also recruiting for two Sales Executive positions requiring 1 to 2 years of experience with strong customer-handling and negotiation skills. Applicants for these roles must also hold a valid driving licence.
