This role is ideal for candidates with 2 to 3 years of experience coordinating transportation operations, particularly within the manpower industry. The position requires a proactive individual who can independently manage drivers, routes, and scheduling while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily transportation activities, including driver management and route planning
• Coordinate schedules effectively to optimize resource use and ensure timely service delivery
• Resolve operational challenges promptly through strong problem-solving and planning skills
• Liaise with team members and stakeholders, maintaining clear communication in both Hindi and English
• Ensure compliance with transportation safety and regulatory requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years in a Transport Coordinator or Transport Supervisor role
• Experience in the manpower industry is preferred but not mandatory
• Valid UAE driving license is essential
• Fluent communication skills in Hindi and English
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Self-motivated with the capacity to work independently under pressure
