Job Overview

We are currently seeking two dedicated Storekeeper Assistants to join our team located in Industrial Area 18, Sharjah. This role offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from AED 3,500 to AED 4,000. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in inventory and warehouse operations and possess a strong attention to detail to ensure efficient stock management.

Key Responsibilities

The primary duties of the Storekeeper Assistant include receiving and inspecting incoming materials, ensuring all items are properly checked and stored. You will be responsible for picking, packing, and preparing orders with accuracy to meet shipment requirements. Maintaining organized stock records and conducting regular inventory counts to identify and report any discrepancies are crucial elements of this role. Additionally, you will help keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly. Assisting in unloading and loading deliveries and coordinating with colleagues across warehouse and office functions will contribute to smooth operational flow.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Applicants must have at least 2 to 3 years of practical experience working in inventory or warehouse roles within the UAE. A clear understanding of inventory management principles and stock control systems is essential. Strong communication skills in English—both written and spoken—are required to collaborate effectively within the team. Proficiency in computer applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email is also necessary to manage inventory documentation accurately. Good interpersonal skills and the ability to function well in a team environment are important for success in this position.
