We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role involves managing daily logistics operations to ensure seamless transportation, delivery, and inventory management. Key Responsibilities

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all logistics functions including scheduling shipments, liaising with suppliers and transporters, and maintaining efficient workflows. Key duties include preparing shipping documentation, tracking deliveries, monitoring inventory levels, and resolving any issues that arise during the logistics process. You will also generate reports to reflect operational performance and maintain accurate records.

Required Skills

• 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations.
• Strong understanding of transportation, warehousing, and shipping protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective coordination with various stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

Prior experience working in the UAE logistics sector is preferred to help navigate local industry practices. Candidates should demonstrate a strong organizational mindset to maintain smooth operations and timely delivery schedules.

Compensation and Location

This full-time position is based in Sharjah, offering a competitive salary package ranging between AED 6,000 and 7,300, depending on experience.
