We are currently seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. This role offers a competitive full package salary ranging from AED 6,000 to AED 7,300. The successful candidate will play a crucial part in managing and streamlining our daily logistics and transportation operations.

Key Responsibilities

The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating daily logistical activities including transportation and delivery schedules. You will monitor shipments to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods, working closely with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams. Your tasks will also include preparing shipping documents, maintaining delivery schedules, tracking inventory, and generating reports to support smooth logistics functions. Addressing and resolving any issues related to logistics operations to prevent disruptions is a critical aspect of this role.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should have between 2 to 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations. A sound understanding of transportation, warehousing, and shipping procedures is essential. Strong communication and organizational skills are required to effectively liaise with various stakeholders. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook. The ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines is important. Experience working within the UAE logistics sector is preferred and will be considered an advantage.
