Job Overview

AQT Group is looking to hire a skilled HR Executive to join our Human Resources team at our Sharjah office located in SAIF Zone, near Sharjah International Airport. This full-time position is open to candidates of all nationalities, with a preference for male applicants. We seek a candidate with a solid background in HR practices and in-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage daily HR operations, including recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee record management. You will monitor attendance, leave, and employee status changes, while coordinating payroll activities with the Finance Department. The role also involves handling visa, labour contracts, and Emirates ID processes in collaboration with the PRO team. Maintaining compliance with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations is critical. You will provide HR policy guidance, support employee relations, and prepare accurate HR reports and documentation. Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee information are essential.

Required Skills and Experience

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE. A strong command of UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations, and government employment procedures is mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems is required. Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English, and preferably Hindi and Arabic, are highly desirable. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational abilities, problem-solving skills, and the capacity to work independently under pressure, while maintaining confidentiality.
