Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supermarket activities and staff to maintain operational standards.
• Monitor the cleanliness and maintenance of the camp area to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly reports to management.
• Lead by example with a strong performance-driven approach, tracking daily productivity and outcomes.
• Address and resolve employee concerns and operational challenges with confidence and decisiveness.

Required Skills

• Proven supervisory skills with experience managing teams in a retail or supermarket setting.
• Strong leadership abilities that inspire performance and team cohesion.
• Effective communication skills in English to interact clearly with employees and stakeholders.
• Ambitious personality, capable of handling workplace conflicts and challenges diplomatically.
• Good rapport and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with staff.
