Al Bait Al Hadi Refabricated Houses Ind is expanding its operations and seeking skilled professionals in Sharjah and Abu Dhabi to join our growing team. We are hiring for multiple engineering roles within the prefabricated buildings and modular construction industry. If you have hands-on experience managing production or supervising construction sites in the UAE, we encourage you to apply.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

• Production Manager: Oversee the entire production workflow for prefabricated and modular building projects. This includes supervising fabrication and assembly lines, coordinating teams to ensure deadlines are met, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Site Engineers: Manage onsite construction activities, guide teams according to project drawings and specifications, and ensure timely completion of tasks. Previous experience in UAE modular construction projects is required.
• Mechanical Engineer: Support manufacturing operations related to industrial fabrication, structural steel, or modular units such as porta cabins. Improve production processes and troubleshoot fabrication challenges to maximize operational performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in prefabrication, modular construction, or related manufacturing fields.
• Current residence in the UAE with relevant local industry exposure.
• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities for supervisory roles.
• Immediate availability to join the team is preferred to meet urgent project timelines.

Work Location
