Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our team, providing expert support on active construction projects in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah. This full-time role focuses on overseeing mechanical engineering aspects at project sites, ensuring smooth execution and compliance with regional standards.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will manage mechanical site activities, coordinate with various stakeholders, and guarantee that all mechanical services—including HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems—are designed and installed according to project specifications and local regulations. Strong problem-solving abilities and effective communication are essential in this role to keep projects on track and resolve any technical challenges efficiently.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience in mechanical engineering related to construction, MEP, engineering consultancy, or project supervision.
• Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical building services such as HVAC systems, plumbing, and firefighting equipment.
• Proven experience working on construction sites within the UAE or GCC region.
• Familiarity with UAE construction standards and authority regulations.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills to manage site tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Work Environment

This position requires working directly on project sites located in Sharjah and Ras Al Khaimah, offering a dynamic and hands-on engineering environment where practical site management and technical expertise go hand in hand.
