Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Female Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a school located on Al Meena Street, Al Khalidiya District, Sharjah. This part-time position offers the opportunity to provide one-on-one support to a student with a speech delay. The role involves assisting the student within the classroom environment to enhance their learning experience.

Key Responsibilities

The main responsibility of this position is to work closely with the student who requires additional support due to speech delay. You will provide personalized assistance during classroom hours, ensuring the student receives the necessary attention to aid their educational progress.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Female candidates currently residing in Sharjah are preferred to ensure consistent attendance and timely support.
• Effective communication skills in the native language of the child are essential; candidates from Indian or Pakistani nationality backgrounds are particularly encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in learning support or working with children with speech delays will be advantageous.

Working Hours and Salary

This is a part-time role with working hours from 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM. The monthly salary is fixed at AED 2,200, and candidates should be willing to accept this compensation.
