Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations or Area Manager to lead and optimize daily operations across several retail branches. This senior role involves overseeing store activities, driving efficiency, and ensuring a seamless customer experience throughout all outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise end-to-end operations across multiple stores, ensuring smooth and consistent performance.
• Enhance operational efficiency by implementing effective cost control measures and boosting profitability.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Lead, mentor, and develop store management and operations teams to foster growth and productivity.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote continuous improvement initiatives across branches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a senior operations role within supermarkets or the retail sector.
• Strong leadership capabilities with excellent team management and motivational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of retail operations, including supply chain management and inventory control processes.
• Results-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
