We are seeking skilled Call Center Agents to join our client’s team in Sharjah, UAE. Key Responsibilities

As a Call Center Agent, you will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, provide accurate information, resolve customer inquiries efficiently, and ensure high satisfaction levels. Maintaining professionalism and clear communication while multitasking is crucial in this role.

Required Skills

• Fluency in Arabic and English or Hindi and English
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities
• Previous experience in call center operations or customer service, preferably within insurance sectors
• Ability to navigate customer queries with patience and attention to detail

Candidate Requirements

Candidates must currently reside in the UAE and have proven experience in handling high volumes of customer interactions. Timely responsiveness and adaptability to fast-paced environments are essential.
