Job Overview

We are currently seeking SEWA-approved subcontractors for a labour subcontracting opportunity on a G+3 residential building project located in Tilal City, Sharjah. This project requires skilled contractors with valid approvals and experience in executing specialized construction and mechanical works.

Scope of Work

The subcontracting work involves the following areas:

• MEP Works (must be SEWA approved)
• Civil Defence Works (contractors must hold valid Civil Defence approvals)
• HVAC System Installation and Services

Project Details

The project consists of a low-rise residential building with the following specifics:

• Location: Tilal City, Sharjah
• Building Structure: Ground plus three floors (G+3)
• Work Type: Labour subcontract basis
• Mobilization: Immediate mobilization preferred

Requirements

Interested subcontractors must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess valid and current approvals from SEWA and Civil Defence authorities
• Demonstrate proven experience handling similar residential building projects
• Have the capacity to deploy manpower promptly and efficiently
