Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Food and Beverage Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of a busy restaurant in Sharjah. This role demands a proactive approach to supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards in food quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and train restaurant team members to deliver outstanding service.
• Efficiently manage staff schedules to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Perform routine inspections of the kitchen to uphold strict hygiene and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food preparation, presentation, and storage, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Engage with customers in the dining area to gather feedback on food quality and service experience.

Required Skills and Requirements

• Proven experience in restaurant supervision or a similar role within the food and beverage industry.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities to manage a diverse team.
• Excellent organizational skills to handle scheduling and operational tasks.
• In-depth understanding of food safety standards and hygiene protocols.
• Customer-focused attitude with the ability to resolve issues professionally.

Compensation and Benefits

The monthly salary ranges from 4000 AED to 5000 AED. The package also includes visa sponsorship, accommodation, medical coverage, and additional benefits to support your wellbeing during employment in the UAE.
