Blueline Interiors, a prominent fit-out company located in Industrial Area 11, Sharjah, is actively seeking skilled professionals across several key positions to support our expanding operations. Available Positions and Requirements

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

• HR Manager
  Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline and possess a minimum of 5 years of HR management experience. A strong understanding of UAE labor laws is essential.
• Draftsman
  Applicants must have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proficiency in AutoCAD and preparing shop drawings is required. Experience in the fit-out industry will be considered a plus.
• Procurement Officer – Glass & Metal
  This role demands expertise in sourcing glass and metal materials, coupled with excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of procurement procedures specific to the fit-out sector.
• Site Engineer
  Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a relevant field, alongside hands-on experience managing on-site fit-out projects. Strong coordination and problem-solving capabilities are critical.
• Finance Manager
  The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields. Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA are advantageous. A minimum of 5 years in finance management is required.

Work Location

All positions are based at our office in Industrial Area 11, Sharjah.
