Blueline Interiors is seeking experienced professionals to expand their team based in Sharjah’s Industrial Area 11. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with backgrounds in interior fit-out, construction, finance, and human resources to join a company renowned for delivering high-quality interior solutions.

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities

The company is currently hiring for the following roles:

• Production Manager: Oversee interior fit-out production and manage workshop operations. Requires strong leadership, planning, and project coordination skills with a minimum of 5 years UAE experience.
• HR Manager: Manage HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations, with a strong understanding of UAE Labour Law. Preferred candidates have at least 5 years UAE experience, especially within construction or interior fit-out sectors.
• Draftsman: Prepare detailed shop drawings and interior fit-out drafts using AutoCAD. Minimum 3 years’ experience required.
• Revit/BIM Architect: Handle Revit and BIM modeling for architectural and interior projects. Candidates should possess at least 3 years’ experience.
• Procurement Officer – Glass & Metal: Responsible for sourcing and negotiating with suppliers for glass and metal materials. A solid supplier network and 3+ years of relevant procurement experience are mandatory.
• Site Engineer: Conduct site supervision and project coordination for interior fit-out works, requiring 3+ years UAE experience in similar projects.
• Chief Financial Officer (CFO): Provide financial leadership including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and regulatory compliance. Candidates should have over 5 years of senior finance experience in construction or interior fit-out industries.
• Document Controller: Manage document control systems efficiently with proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-standard document management software. Requires at least 2 years’ experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Each role demands specific skills such as proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, strong negotiation abilities, leadership capabilities, familiarity with UAE labour laws, and solid experience within the interior fit-out or construction sectors in the UAE. Candidates must meet the minimum years of experience outlined for their respective roles.
