Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of office communication and administration, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Duties include handling phone calls, emails, and incoming packages, coordinating staff HR requirements including onboarding processes, liaising with PRO, and maintaining organized records.
Additional responsibilities involve tracking office supplies, managing the CEO’s calendar, obtaining and negotiating supplier quotations, processing invoices, and handling purchase orders efficiently.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Ability to handle multiple communication channels professionally and promptly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing office records and supplies
- Basic understanding of HR procedures and employee onboarding
- Proficiency in scheduling and managing executive calendars
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Effective multitasking and time management capabilities
Salary and Benefits
This position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging between 4500 and 5000 AED. The company also provides full visa sponsorship along with all associated benefits as per UAE labor law. Additional perks include a fixed salary and transportation allowance.
