This company specializes in a diverse range of bakery and food items, holding exclusive agency partnerships with some of the largest dairy producers in the Arab region. We are looking for experienced Sales Supervisors to support and drive our sales initiatives within Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
As a Sales Supervisor, you will work closely with the Sales Manager to lead and motivate the sales team. Your main duties will include assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring an outstanding level of customer service for both new and existing clients. You will oversee your assigned shift, maintain product stock, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly, escalating them when necessary. Additionally, you will prepare detailed sales reports and ensure that all staff comply with company policies and procedures. Providing positive feedback and recognizing employee achievements will also be part of your role to foster a productive work environment.
Required Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar sales supervisory role within the FMCG sector.
- Business qualification or equivalent educational background.
- Strong leadership abilities combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in financial and marketing principles relevant to sales management.
- Well-developed planning, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel.
