Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Procurement Quality Control Supervisor with Aramco approval to join our team in Khafji, Saudi Arabia. This role requires a minimum of five years of relevant experience in procurement and quality control within the oil and gas sector, particularly aligned with Saudi Aramco standards. The successful candidate will oversee procurement procedures, quality assurance, and documentation compliance, ensuring smooth inspection and material handling processes for project execution.
Key Responsibilities
The Procurement QC Supervisor will be responsible for managing and reviewing procurement quality control protocols, including the preparation and assessment of critical documents related to material requisition and inspection activities. Key duties include:
- Preparing and reviewing Material Requisitions (MR) to ensure accuracy and project alignment
- Developing Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) and Inspection and Acceptance Protocols (IAP)
- Monitoring inspection reports and coordinating site inspections and Pre-Inspection Meetings (PIM)
- Handling the preparation and review of NOC (No Objection Certificate) and AR (Acceptance Reports)
- Coordinating with Project Management Teams (PMT) and Saudi Aramco Inspection Representatives (SAIR)
- Documenting Meetings of Minutes (MOM) and ensuring comprehensive record-keeping
Requirements
Candidates must hold valid documentation and certifications to qualify for this position, including:
- Minimum five years of experience in procurement quality control within Saudi Aramco projects
- Valid Iqama and passport copy
- Muqeem report and GOSI registration
- Current Vendor Code and CR copy
- Ajeer registration
- Relevant trade certificates or experience letters
- Saudi Aramco approval or documented experience in Aramco projects
- Chamber Agreement and Employee Responsibility Agreement copies
Work Conditions and Benefits
This position is located in Khafji, Saudi Arabia, offering a structured work schedule with the following parameters:
- Working hours: 10 hours per day
- Working days: 26 days per month
- Overtime compensated on a pro-rata basis
- Company-provided food, accommodation, and transportation
- Immediate mobilization
