Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Procurement Manager to oversee and enhance supply chain operations for a major Saudi Aramco mega-project located in Haradh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands expertise in procurement within the oil and gas EPC sector, with a strong focus on managing end-to-end supply chain processes. The successful candidate will have a robust network of Aramco-approved suppliers and a deep understanding of Saudi Aramco’s stringent quality standards and material requirements.

Key Responsibilities

The Procurement Manager will lead procurement activities aligned with project timelines and quality standards while ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco’s protocols. Key duties include managing supplier relationships, contract negotiation, overseeing procurement workflows (including e-Review, SAP, and 9COM codes), and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also involves coordinating with project teams, managing vendor performance, and maintaining rigorous quality assurance in all procurement processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of procurement management experience on large-scale Saudi Aramco projects such as Gas Oil Separation Plants (GOSPs), Water Injection Plants (WIPs), pipelines, or refineries.
• At least 12 years of combined supply chain and procurement experience in oil and gas EPC projects, including 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as CIPS or CSCP are highly advantageous.
• Strong skills in negotiation, contract management, and leadership.
• Comprehensive knowledge of international shipping logistics, Incoterms, and Saudi Arabian customs regulations.
• Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken), essential for engaging with global vendors and senior client representatives.
