Job Overview

A branch of Sinohydro Corporation Ltd. is seeking qualified professionals for critical procurement roles. Openings are available for both an Electrical/Telecommunications Procurement Engineer and a Civil Procurement Engineer. These positions focus on managing sourcing and procurement activities for technical materials and equipment, primarily supporting projects that may involve Aramco standards.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for sourcing and procuring electrical, telecom, and civil materials and equipment. They must review technical specifications, analyze datasheets, and ensure vendor documentation accuracy. The roles require close coordination with internal teams and external suppliers throughout the procurement lifecycle, including negotiation and contract management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in procurement or sourcing within the electrical, telecom, or civil sectors.
• Strong familiarity with technical requirements, datasheets, and vendor documentation is essential.
• Experience within Aramco projects is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities to manage vendor relationships effectively.
