We are currently seeking two qualified Work Permit Receivers (WPR) to join our team in Saudi Arabia. This role is essential within workplaces that require strict adherence to safety and permit protocols, ensuring tasks are conducted under authorized permits. Immediate joining is preferred for candidates holding a valid Iqama.

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving and managing work permits related to safety and operational activities.
• Ensuring all permits comply with company and legal safety standards before work commences.
• Coordinating with relevant departments to verify permit documentation and approval status.
• Maintaining accurate records and logs of all received permits.
• Supporting safety teams in implementing permit-related procedures efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid Iqama is mandatory for consideration.
• Previous experience in handling work permits or related safety documentation is an advantage.
• Good communication skills to liaise with different departments and teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage paperwork systematically.
• Availability for immediate joining is highly preferred.
