Key Responsibilities

These roles involve overseeing daily work activities, managing teams, ensuring quality and safety standards, and coordinating with project management to meet deadlines. Supervisors and foremen will lead their respective trades on site, while fabricators and fitters will carry out specialized fabrication and fitting tasks according to engineering specifications.

Required Experience and Skills

• Minimum of 5 to 10 years of relevant Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Comprehensive knowledge of oil and gas industry standards and safety protocols.
• Strong leadership capabilities for supervisory roles.
• Proven track record in scaffolding, rigging, piping, structural work, or millwright activities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight project timelines.
