Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Tea Boy / Office Boy to join our facility management team immediately in Khamis Mushait, located in the Abha Region of Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for Filipino nationals with transferable Iqama who have 2 to 3 years of relevant experience and are ready for immediate joining. You will be reporting directly to the Soft Services Supervisor or Facility Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

The role involves preparing and serving tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors, ensuring all pantry and refreshment areas are clean and well-maintained. You will manage the cleanliness of cups, glasses, utensils, and pantry equipment, and arrange refreshments for meetings and official events. Maintaining stock levels of tea, coffee, sugar, water, and related supplies is essential, along with timely reporting of replenishment needs to the supervisor. Additionally, supporting office staff with basic hospitality needs, adhering strictly to hygiene and food handling protocols, and performing general office support duties will be expected.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Filipino nationality with transferable Iqama is mandatory.
• At least 2 to 3 years of experience in similar roles is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow company HSE and hygiene policies.
• Good communication skills and a proactive approach to supporting office hospitality needs.
