We are seeking a skilled Sourcing and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Ras Tanura, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in managing recruitment processes and coordinating sourcing activities for diverse non-IT roles.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, managing recruitment workflows, and maintaining effective communication between candidates and hiring managers. They will also handle the overseas hiring process and ensure timely submission of candidate profiles.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven background in sourcing and recruitment activities
• Familiarity with overseas hiring procedures
• Experience recruiting for non-IT fields
• Ability to submit at least 10 qualified CVs daily
• Excellent communication and coordination capabilities
• Open to Indian and Filipino nationalities
