Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee and manage scaffolding operations for a temporary assignment in Saudi Arabia. This role requires immediate availability and a valid Aramco Approval Card, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the installation, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding structures.
• Ensure all scaffolding work is carried out safely, efficiently, and according to relevant regulations.
• Coordinate with the project team to meet deadlines and maintain workflow.
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to scaffolders on-site.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety and quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in scaffolding supervision within the construction or industrial sectors.
• Possession of a valid Aramco Approval Card is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams effectively.
• Ability to identify hazards and enforce safety protocols rigorously.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabian safety regulations and Aramco standards.
