Job Overview

We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Production Factory Helpers to support manufacturing operations for our client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves assisting with various production tasks within the factory setting and requires candidates who are dedicated, presentable, and possess basic English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

The Production Factory Helper will be responsible for aiding the production team with daily operational activities. Tasks may include handling materials, supporting machinery operation, maintaining cleanliness in the workspace, and ensuring workflow efficiency under supervision. Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols are essential in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Previous experience in a production or factory environment is essential.
• Basic English literacy to read and write for operational purposes.
• A minimum educational qualification of Matriculation or Intermediate level.
• A presentable appearance reflecting professionalism on site.
• Must be eligible for local Iqama transfer candidates only.

Salary and Benefits

The salary offered ranges between 800 to 1000 SAR plus Food, Accommodation, and Transportation (FAT) allowances. Additional benefits will be provided according to the company’s policies, ensuring a supportive and fair working environment.

Preferred Candidates

Preference will be given to local candidates, particularly those of Nepali and Indian nationality, who meet the eligibility requirements.
