Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and drive our maintenance services specializing in refrigeration, air conditioning, and home appliances. Based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia, this role demands a proven leader capable of managing technicians and ensuring the highest standards in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily maintenance operations to guarantee smooth workflow and excellent service quality.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of technicians and assistants to maximize productivity and skill development.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective maintenance services.
• Manage workshop activities, including repair scheduling and quality control.
• Supervise purchasing, refurbishing, and resale processes for used appliances.
• Maintain strict control over spare parts inventory and organize workshop resources efficiently.
• Prepare and submit daily operational reports to support transparent communication.
• Support business growth by exploring opportunities to secure commercial maintenance contracts with companies, hotels, serviced apartments, and other facilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in refrigeration, air conditioning, and home appliance maintenance.
• Previous supervisory or managerial experience in a maintenance workshop environment.
• Strong leadership qualities, excellent organizational skills, and effective problem-solving abilities.
