The available positions include Maintenance Supervisor, Cleaning Supervisor, Reports Officer, Complaints Officer, HSE Officer, A/C Technician, Electrical Technician, Plumbing Technician, and Report Controller.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising maintenance and cleaning operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Managing complaint records and reports accurately.
• Monitoring health, safety, and environmental compliance on-site.
• Performing technical maintenance such as air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing tasks.
• Preparing and controlling operational and maintenance reports as required.

Required Skills and Experience

• Relevant educational qualifications related to the position.
• Experience ranging from 2 to 5 years in the respective roles as specified:
• Maintenance Supervisor: 5+ years
• Cleaning Supervisor: 3–5 years
• Reports Officer: 2–4 years
• Complaints Officer: 2–4 years
• HSE Officer: 3–5 years
• A/C, Electrical, and Plumbing Technicians: 3–5 years
• Report Controller: 2–4 years
• Previous involvement in Operations & Maintenance sector roles will be preferred.
• Strong communication abilities and effective teamwork skills.
• Capability to address and resolve operational challenges efficiently.
