Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Foreman to join our team for a project located near Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a background in solar photovoltaic (PV) projects and be ready to lead a team on site. This role offers a competitive hourly wage along with company-provided accommodation and transportation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise mechanical operations and workforce on site to ensure project milestones are achieved efficiently.
• Coordinate installation, maintenance, and testing of mechanical systems related to solar PV equipment.
• Monitor work quality and enforce safety standards at all times.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Required Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Foreman, preferably in solar PV projects.
• Strong leadership abilities and excellent team management skills.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and project specifications.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations related to mechanical works on construction sites.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers an hourly salary of 18 SAR. Accommodation and transportation will be provided by the company. Food expenses are the responsibility of the worker.
