Job Overview

We are seeking skilled subcontractors and installation teams to carry out wall and roof cladding installation on a straightforward hangar project located in Jeddah. The project is set to begin immediately, and we welcome qualified teams ready to start work promptly.

Scope of Work and Pricing Options

Interested parties should submit their pricing based on one or more of the following proposals:

• Option 1: Workers Only – Provide a team comprising a supervisor, foreman, and installers. Please specify how many workers operate under your own Iqama/sponsorship.
• Option 2: Workers and Tools – Deliver the full team along with all necessary hand and power tools. Include the count of workers under your Iqama/sponsorship.
• Option 3: Full Work Package – Quote a comprehensive price covering the complete installation work. This must encompass fixing secondary steel supports around sheeting overlaps and openings, supplying all accessories such as clips, screws, sealants, and silicone, fitting all flashing elements including trim, eave, and ridge, as well as providing manlifts or lifts to access elevated areas.

Additional Responsibilities for Full Work Package

When submitting a proposal for the full work package, ensure your price includes:

• Unloading panels from trucks at the project site
• Transporting panels from storage to the installation area
• Provision and setup of scaffolding
• Installation of safety lifelines to ensure compliance with safety standards
