We are seeking a highly skilled Terminal and Marine Technical Evaluator to join our team in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This role demands an expert with extensive experience in refinery operations and a solid technical foundation in terminal, marine, and petrochemical tank farm environments. The successful candidate will play a critical role in evaluating and ensuring the operational efficiency and safety standards of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

The Technical Evaluator will be responsible for assessing terminal and marine operations, with a strong focus on subsea solutions and petrochemical tank farms. Key duties include:

• Conducting detailed technical evaluations of terminal and marine operations to verify compliance with industry standards.
• Performing rigorous assessments related to refinery processes and subsea terminal solutions.
• Identifying operational risks and recommending improvements to optimize safety and efficiency.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain regulatory compliance and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 15 years of hands-on experience in refinery operations.
• Demonstrated expertise with Terminal Subsea Solutions (TSS) and Petrochemical Tank Farm (PCTF) operations.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to carry out thorough technical assessments.
• In-depth understanding of operational safety standards and industry compliance requirements.
