Job Overview

We are currently seeking skilled Production Operators to join a tyre manufacturing team in Saudi Arabia. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in operating specialized machinery used in rubber and tyre production processes. The available roles include Mill Operators focused on mixing and Operators specializing in the finishing process.

Key Responsibilities

The positions are divided into three key roles:

• Mill Operator – Mixing (Banbury F305 / Tangential Mixer): Monitor the extruder line, assess compound quality, and collect samples for laboratory testing to ensure production standards are consistently met.
• Mill Operator – Mixing: Manage the processing of extruded compounds within the mill, ensuring homogenization of materials, and maintain cleanliness and organization following 5S principles.
• Operator – Finishing (Mould & Bladder / Curing Press): Responsible for replacing curing press moulds and bladders, inspecting moulds for defects, and performing routine preventive maintenance to avoid downtime.

Required Skills and Experience

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in tyre production or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Diploma qualification in a related technical field.
• Basic proficiency in English to communicate effectively within the production team.
