Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Superintendent with expertise in tanks maintenance for a position based in Rabigh, Saudi Arabia. This role requires overseeing tank inspection activities, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards, and managing productivity and budget effectively within prominent Saudi industries such as SABIC, Aramco, Rabigh, and SEC.

Key Responsibilities

The Mechanical Superintendent will be responsible for leading tank maintenance operations, coordinating inspections, and adhering to internal standards and productivity norms. The role demands flexibility to work across different regions and close collaboration with industry affiliates. Managing the schedule and budget while maintaining high safety and quality awareness is essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• At least 10 years of experience in mechanical roles focusing on tanks maintenance, including a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or superintendent capacity.
• Strong knowledge of productivity norms and internal industry standards.
• Experience with tank inspection procedures and maintenance activities.
• Good communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.
• Able to work with various competitors and adapt to different regional requirements within the kingdom.
• Awareness of safety protocols and quality standards relevant to Saudi industry affiliates such as SABIC, Aramco, Rabigh, and SEC.

Additional Information

The position involves local Iqama transfer, and candidates should be prepared to work flexibly across any region within Saudi Arabia. Experience working in organizations affiliated with SEC or PRC will be an advantage.
