This role demands expertise in managing premium projects with an emphasis on quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities

The Factory Manager will be responsible for leading all aspects of factory operations, ensuring high standards are met in producing luxury wood and furniture pieces. Managing projects for prestigious clients such as palaces, luxury hotels, and skyscrapers will be a core focus. This role also involves handling government contracts with meticulous attention to detail and professionalism.

Other essential duties include pricing estimation with a strong grasp of costs related to premium materials like brass, leather, and marble. The candidate will oversee procurement, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality raw materials. Additionally, building and guiding a skilled, motivated team is vital to continuously improve production processes and employee development.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in luxury woodwork and furniture manufacturing.
