Job Overview

We are currently seeking 6 male and 6 female ushers to support an upcoming event in Riyadh. This role is ideal for individuals who are punctual, professional, and committed to delivering a smooth and welcoming experience for event attendees. Ushers will play a key role in the operational success of the event by assisting guests and managing backstage logistics.

Key Responsibilities

As an usher, your main duties will differ slightly based on gender, focusing on assisting event operations:

• Female Ushers: Presenting envelopes and trophies on stage, organizing trophies backstage.
• Male Ushers: Managing the registration desk, assisting guests at the entrance, and directing seating arrangements.

Requirements

• Must attend both the training session and the event day.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or English.
• Maintain a professional attitude and appearance throughout the event.
• Being punctual, reliable, and able to follow instructions carefully.
• Previous experience in event ushering is preferable but not mandatory.
• This role specifically involves usher duties, not hosting or hostess positions, so active engagement in event support is expected.

Dress Code

• Female Ushers: Black long dress; abayas are not permitted.
• Male Ushers: Saudi national attire, specifically Thobe and Ghutra.

Compensation and Additional Details

The payment for this position is 300 SAR for the event day. Additionally, an extra 100 SAR will be provided if attendance at the training session is required. Transportation, meals, and any other personal expenses will be the responsibility of the selected ushers.
